Besan Ladoo's with Jaggery

Besan Ladoo's with Jaggery 

  •  Besan/Gram Flour ... 2 cup's 
  • Powdered Jaggery ( i used organic jaggery powder ) ... 1 cup ..adjust according to sweetness . 
  • Semolina /Rawa .. 1 tblsp
  •  Whole Cardamom without skin ..2 
  • Cashew nuts broken .. 1/2 cup 
  • Ghee .. 1/2 cup 


Method 
In a thick bottomed  kadai add the besan flour , semolina n roast on medium flame till the raw smell goes n it turns golden yellow ..Dont burn it .. Remove n allow it to cool . 

Make a semi coarse powder of broken cashew nuts with rolling pin ... 

Blend the roasted besan, semolina , powdered jaggery n skinless whole cardamom ... remove it .. 

In a bowl add the blend mix, semi coarse cashew nut powder n mix well ... Melt ghee n pour over it ..mix well ...

Grease the palm n form into round ladoo shapes .

Store in air tight container ...
