Mooli /Radish Paratha.. Version 2 

For outer dough

  • Wheat flour .. 2 cup's
  •  Oil ..2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  •  Water as needed to prepare a soft dough .

 For Stuffing

  •  Mooli /Radish ... 4
  •  Onion ...1 huge ,
  •  Green chilly ..4
  • Coriander leaves ..1 tblsp
  • Grated Ginger ... 1 tsp
  •  Salt to taste .


Method for dough
 In a wide bottomed pan ,add  the wheat flour, salt,oil n water little by little n knead to a soft dough .

...Keep aside for 1/2 an hour ..

Method
For stuffing
  Wash n Peel d mooli n grate it ,  Sprinkle some salt , mix it well n keep aside for few minutes. 

 Chop onions n green chilly finely .


Squeeze the grated mooli mix ,so that the  excess water is removed. Squeeze it 2-3 times so  that it becomes dry n its easy to roll paratha. To this grated mooli  add  finely chopped onion, green chillies, grated ginger , chopped coriander leaves n little  salt as per taste n mix well .. 


 To make paratha 
Take the dough ball  and flatten into a disc, place the filling in the centre of the disc and pinch the sides together around the filing and roll out as chapathis but with a thickness . Roast on both sides on hot tawa ,smeared with ghee !

 Serve with Pickle n curds
