Navane /Fox tail Millet Pesarattu

Navane /Fox tail Millet Pesarattu 
  • Whole Green Moong ..1 cup
  • Fox tail millet/Navane akki... 1 cup
  • Green chilly ... 3 or according to the spice
  • Cumin seeds..1 tsp
  • Ginger ..1/2  inch piece 
  • Onion.. 1 small 
  • Garlic..3 flakes. 
  • Salt to taste .

Method 
Wash n soak whole green moong , fox tail millet for about 4 hours n then grind it semi coarsely with green chillies, cumin seeds, ginger, onion n garlic . Remove the batter , add salt . 

Heat a dosa tawa, spread a ladle full batter  n roast on both sides adding oil to the edges 

Serve hot with chutney/ Dry chutney powder with blog of butter .
