Mulangi Ambat /Radish Cooked in Coconut Based Gravy

  •  Mulangi /Radish ...3
  •  Onion ... 1 
  • Thur Dhal ..1/2 cup   


 To grind to a fine paste 

  • Grated coconut ... 1 cup
  •  Roasted Dry red chilly ...4 to 5
  •  Tamarind ..Tamarind seed size 
  • Salt to taste . 

Seasoning .. 

  • Oil..2 tsp 
  • Onion chopped ...1 tblsp 


Method 
 Wash n roughly scrap the radish , Chop them into roundels .. 

Roughly chop onion .

In a vessel add little water, chopped radish roundel's, chopped onion n cook till soft .

Wash n pressure cook thur dhal ... 

Grind all the ingredients meant for grinding  to a fine paste . Add the ground paste to the cooked onion n radish along with cooked thur dal  n boil well ,then do the seasoning .
